These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Modern Witch Digital Spellbook mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Violet & Co. LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Certain features of the App require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The App offers Monthly and Annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed within the App and may change from time to time.
Subscriptions may include a free trial period. If offered:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Violet & Co. LLC does not process payments directly and does not store payment information.
Refunds must be requested through Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
Certain features require an active subscription, including but not limited to:
The App allows users to create notes and reflections. You retain ownership of your content.
By using the App, you grant Violet & Co. LLC a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
You may delete your account within the App at any time.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
All content within the App, including text, graphics, structure, and design, is the property of Violet & Co. LLC and is protected by applicable laws.
The App provides educational and informational content. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Violet & Co. LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
